Dholera Smart City will have International Air connectivity, a regional goods corridor, public transport corridor, internal transport, Bus Rapid Transport (BRT), Mass Rapid Transport (MRT), and Light Rail Transit (LRT). Japanese companies are likely to invest in the SIR.

2. International Airport:

Dholera International Airport is a greenfield airport project in Gujarat. It was built near Navagam in the Dholera taluka of the Ahmedabad district. The project site is spread over 1,426 hectares about 80 kilometers from Ahmedabad and around 20 kilometers from the Dholera Special Investment Region. and the project will be completed by dec.2025 as mentioned by the Govt.

3. Solar Park Development :

Lots of Industrial  Giants are planning their Solar Power Manufacturing Plant in Dholera even some companies like TATA are invested in Dholera SIR. and their work is in progress.

1. It will generate a total of 4400 MW of Electricity
2.300 MW Implemented by TATA Group 
















4.Ahmedabad- Dholera Expressway:
Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway is 109 Km long and has 4 lanes. The total development cost of this expressway is around 4200 crore.
It will connect the major route of Ahmedabad.
Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway is a high-speed Expressway. which will reduce the total travel time.
Key Points of Dholera-Ahmedabad Expressway:
1. 109km. Long
2. 4 lanes high-speed expressway
3. Above 120 meters wide (90 meters for Expressway +30 meters for railway corridor )
4. Route Connected:  132 feet Ring Road | Sarkhej | Navagam | Dholera International Airport  and will connect Bhavnagar in the Future
5.Mr. Nitin Gadkari Minister of Road Transport and Highway inspected the Dholera Expressway's First Phase and announced that it will be completed in Jan 24.
