  DMIC: Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is a Government of India undertaking and a US$90 billion mega infra-structure project covering an overall length of 1483 km between Delhi and Mumbai. India is building a Multi-Modal High Axle Load Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) that passes through six states, including Gujarat. The area on either side of the DFC – constituting 150 km – is being developed as the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The distribution of the corridor shows that Gujarat constitutes 38 percent of the total length of the alignment of the freight corridor.
